Day 29

Final day
64 miles from Syre to JOG. Decided to do 2 days in one due to hideous forecast for tomorrow. Met Nicola & Rachel again in Thurso.

Yaaay, done it. 1102 miles in 29 days on my gorgeous Thorn Sherpa.
Tired!

  2. Well done Geoff. I have been following your trip each day. Have posted a few times, but it doesn't seem to work after the first time. It was fantastic watching your last few days as you seemed to stop at the same places I did. That was a good long day to finish, I hope the wind was in your favour. Must admit I found the finish very emotional, so chuffed that I had finished, but also sad that it was all over. You were 68 miles shorter than I was! Enjoy the rest of your time up there in bonny Scotland. Great achievement and glad you have bonded a little more with your Sherpa. Jackie

    1. Thanks Jackie. Now two days later I feel like I'm just coming back down to earth. One of the best things I've ever done and very satisfying.

Well done, you should be so chuffed, put your feet up and have a well earned rest.
